A friendly family, the pizzas are soooo delicious - you can pre-order them every day and pick them up or have them delivered a short time later. Worth it!

A few days ago I was on a two-day vacation trip in Hamburg. There I had dinner with my companions at Piceno's. The prices were relatively high, but this is probably due to the location of the restaurant (St. Pauli). The food tasted really good. Unfortunately, there were a lot of customers on site, which meant that in the end they wanted to cash in as quickly as possible. That was basically easy to understand, but I would have liked to have done this a little more tactfully.

The restaurant comes highly recommended. There are very few comparable establishments in the vicinity. Very good and varied Italian cuisine. Dedicated host family and friendly staff. Due to the high level of awareness, a reservation is recommended. I've known the house for years and have eaten the menu "up and down". Nevertheless, the boss always surprises me with dishes like fresh mussels, hearty fillet of beef and delicious tiramisu. Hopefully the house will stay with us for a long time!

We fell in by chance last night, as walk-in customers, so to speak. My food was good, my family's dishes were rather average. The star deduction is there because of the operation. She was obviously overwhelmed, didn't have her guests in sight and somehow couldn't keep the order.

The restaurant is amazing. The pizzas are very authentic and delicious. The wine was good as well. The whole atmosphere is great. The dessert - Tiramisu is not worth it.

I ate a pizza after 1 hour and 10minutes . Pizza was 3 out of 10. Service was very good but kitchen slow .

Nice service, clean rooms and pleasant music. You can not say more positive. My steak had more bacon than meat, was only cooked and not grilled and not even fried! The meat taste was completely lost under the tomato sauce and I would not like to write about the cheese-topped vegetable side dish, which only consisted of spinach. It looked delicious. But not more. And the best we experienced in the end. No card payment possible! Would stand at the door. The whole advertising is not 30 minutes before the door and studying the rules! A nice hint would be useful. For the price of around 21 € for the small dish, every penny is too much!

2 stars from 5. The salat that I bought was far away from a delicious salat. The service 3 stars from 5. Overall experience: I prefer to search a little bit more for a better place.

Lovely Italian restaurant

The best calamari I have had in years! Definitely worth a visit!

We ordered Pizza and spaghetti to Go at 11:45. I found this Restaurant very fast and my both food were delicious. In the same way whole team who works over there was also friendly to us. Definitely will visit there in coming days.

It's a cosy place to get authentic local Slovenian food. Get inside before it gets too crowded.

First of all I do not like this way some Italians are making menus with the family pictures printed there, in this case it was a very funny menu, with some very weird pictures, was hard not to laugh out loud. The pizza were OK, nothing amazing, but not bad at all. After all, good experience.

Unglaublich! Incredible! We used to live here 25 years ago and visited Piceno often. Imagine how delighted we were to find Piceno still in business after all these years. Just as then, the Spaghetti Carbonara and the Scallopini in Marsalla are to die for. Real Italian fare cooked by people who care and who know what it should taste like.
